[...]. Este trabalho procura, pois, um entendimento formativo e pedagógico sobre a relevância da Abordagem Comunicativa no ensino e aprendizagem da Língua, nos contextos da Educação Pré-Escolar e do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, nos quais decorreram os estágios profissionais.
Para isso, analisaremos as nossas práticas educativas que integraram um conjunto de atividades didáticas baseadas em pressupostos de uma ótica comunicativa, e que privilegiaram o domínio esclarecido, consciente e ativo da Língua.
Em suma, o objetivo deste trabalho é o de compreender e divulgar os benefícios curriculares e educativos deste modelo comunicativo, procurando despertar os docentes para a sua operacionalização na sala de aula, com vista à promoção de espaços e experiências de aprendizagem dedicados à aprendizagem da Língua Materna, que favoreçam o desenvolvimento comunicativo de cada criança/aluno, para uma melhor vivência na sociedade democrática.

This report aims, in this way, a formative and pedagogical understanding on the relevance of the Communicative Approach in the teaching and learning processes of Language, in the Preschool and the Primary School contexts, in which our professional internships took place. Thereunto, we will analyze our educational practices as part of a set of didactical activities that were based upon communicative assumptions, and which privileged the clear, conscientious and active domain of Language. To sum up, the main goal of this report is to understand and to disclose the curricular and educational benefits of this model, aiming to stimulate teachers to its appliance in the classroom, promoting settings and experiences on the learning of the Mother Tongue as a way to emancipate each child/student for a better life within a democratic society.
