Abstract(s)
Os indivíduos no seu ambiente organizacional têm um papel preponderante nas empresas. Apresentam-se os principais resultados relativos à Avaliação 360º dos trabalhadores de uma empresa do setor da Medicina Dentária, a qual congrega a visão dos diferentes indivíduos envolvidos no trabalho de cada colaborador. Os resultados obtidos apontam para um desempenho satisfatório, permitiram identificar grupos / clusters de indivíduos associados a tipos de desempenho distintos e mostraram aspetos que poderão ser melhorados mediante a adoção de um conjunto de ações, no âmbito de uma intervenção estratégica fundada sobre o conhecimento, e que potenciem o melhoramento contínuo do desempenho de cada colaborador.
ABSTRACT: Employees in their organizational environment have a preponderant role in companies. The main results of the 360º Evaluation of the employees of a company of the Dental Medicine sector are presented, which brings together the vision of the different individuals involved in the work of each employee. The results obtained indicate a satisfactory performance, allowed the identification of groups / clusters of individuals associated with different types of performance and showed aspects that could be improved by adopting a set of actions, within the framework of a strategic intervention based on knowledge, and that enhances the continuous improvement of each employee's performance.
