Abstract(s)
O presente relatório tem como objetivo descrever as atividades realizadas ao longo do estágio desenvolvido no âmbito da área de especialização em Finanças e Contabilidade, do mestrado em Ciências Económicas e Empresariais, da Universidade dos Açores. O estágio foi realizado na empresa Eletricidade dos Açores, S.A. (EDA, S.A.), na Direção de Aprovisionamentos, entre o dia 1 de outubro de 2019 e o dia 31 de março de 2020. A principal atividade da EDA, S.A. é a produção, a aquisição, o transporte, a distribuição e a venda de energia elétrica, bem como a prestação de outros serviços acessórios, complementares ou conexos àquelas atividades.
Neste relatório, apresentam-se as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio, tendo em conta os conceitos adquiridos ao longo do percurso académico, tanto na licenciatura em Gestão, como no mestrado em Ciências Económicas e Empresariais, tendo-se aplicado alguns destes conceitos durante o estágio.
Numa primeira fase, é realizado um enquadramento teórico, seguindo-se a caraterização da empresa. Posteriormente, são descritas as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio curricular, bem como os efeitos do Covid-19 nas mesmas. Por último, é realizada uma análise crítica à instituição de acolhimento e às atividades desenvolvidas, relacionando os conteúdos adquiridos no percurso académico com as mesmas.
ABSTRACT: The purpose of this report is to describe the activities carried out during the internship developed as part of the specialization in Finance and Accounting, of the master's degree in Economic and Business Sciences, at the University of the Azores. The internship took place at Eletricidade dos Açores, S.A. (EDA, S.A.), in the Procurement Department, between October 1, 2019 and March 31, 2020. The main activity of EDA, S.A. is the production, acquisition, transport, distribution and sale of electricity, as well as the provision of other ancillary services, complementary or related to those activities. In this report, the activities developed during the internship are presented, taking into account the concepts acquired along the academic path, both in the degree in Management, as well as in the master's degree in Economic and Business Sciences, having applied some of these concepts during the internship. In a first phase, a theoretical framework is carried out, followed by the characterization of the company. Subsequently, the activities developed during the curricular internship are described, as well as the effects of Covid-19 on them. Finally, a critical analysis of the host institution and the activities is presented, relating the contents acquired in the academic path with them.
