O processo de institucionalização da aprendizagem mediada através das tecnologias em uma determinada universidade é muito mais complexo do que simplesmente instalar um sistema de gestão de aprendizagem, realizar algumas oficinas de formação demonstrando as funções básicas e elementares das plataformas escolhidas e esperar que a utilização efetiva dependa da boa vontade dos professores. É necessário desbloquear o processo através de várias ações de articulação e ir além do discurso modernoso, muitas vezes vazio, quando não encontra adesão e aplicação.
ABSTRACT: The institutionalization process of technology-mediated learning in a certain university is much more complex than simply installing a learning management system; performing some training workshops demonstrating the basic and elementary functions of the chosen platforms, and expecting that the effective use depends’ on the goodwill of professors. It is necessary to unlock the process through various joint actions and go beyond the pretentiously or doubtfully modern speech often empty when there is no attainment and application.
