Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho retrata a passagem pelos diversos departamentos que constituem a empresa Açorbase, SMI, Lda. Assim sendo, e por terem sido detetadas algumas dificuldades ao nível da compreensão do desenvolvimento das tarefas a serem levadas a cabo, foi-me proposta a conceção de um Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (SGQ). Para tal, foi necessário reunir com a gerência, realizar entrevistas a todos os funcionários, bem como observar o trabalho dos mesmos possibilitando, deste modo, desenvolver a implementação do SGQ de acordo com a norma NP EN ISO 9001:2015.
Assim, em termos metodológicos, esta pesquisa assentou em métodos de natureza qualitativa com recurso à técnica de observação e algumas entrevistas, possibilitando, assim, a recolha de informação.
Teoricamente, o relatório em apreço é sustentado por diversos autores que definem e caracterizam o conceito de qualidade ao longo dos tempos, permitindo-nos compreendê-lo, aplicá-lo e avaliá-lo à luz dos nossos dias. Neste âmbito, a gestão da qualidade nas empresas é essencial para um melhor desempenho das mesmas, tendo em conta que, num mercado oscilante, apenas as que utilizarem os recursos de uma forma eficaz e eficiente, terão a capacidade de evoluir de uma forma sustentada. É através da implementação de um SGQ que as organizações tendem a ser cada vez mais inovadoras nos seus produtos / serviços, podendo afirmar-se perante o mercado e estando, assim, em vantagem competitiva em relação aos restantes parceiros de setor.
ABSTRACT: The facts related below portray the journey through the different departments of the company AÇORBASE, SMI, Lda. Although there were some difficulties understanding the development of the task to be implemented, it was given a chance to develop a Quality Management System (QMS) for the company. At first it was necessary to set up meetings with the Management, set up interviews with all the employees, observing their work, in order to be able to implement a system of QMS in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001:2015. In terms of methodology, this research was done using quality methods such as observation technique as well as some interviews which enabled the collection of the necessary information. Theoretically, the work was supported on several authors who define and characterize the concept of quality over the time allowing us to better understand it, apply and evaluate it. In this context, QMS implemented in companies is essential for a better performance taking in consideration the oscillating markets. Therefore, only those companies that have the system can use the resources with efficiency and effectiveness which give the ability to grow in a sustainable manner. It is through the implementation of a QMS that companies tend to be increasingly innovative in their products/services, being able to assert themselves before the market, thus being in a competitive advantage over other sector partners.
