Abstract(s)
O objetivo do presente relatório de estágio consiste em apresentar o trabalho desenvolvido durante a prática pedagógica no âmbito das unidades curriculares de Estágio Pedagógico I e II, integrantes do Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Este documento enfatiza a reflexão sobre as práticas pedagógicas desenvolvidas no estágio e o estudo do papel do erro nos processos de ensino-aprendizagem.
O erro é um elemento intrínseco à vida quotidiana de todos os seres humanos e é comummente percebido como uma experiência negativa. No entanto, é possível compreender o erro como algo benéfico para o processo de aprendizagem dos alunos.
Assim sendo, o estudo tem como propósito analisar a gestão do erro nos processos de ensino-aprendizagem, bem como as representações do educador de infância e do professor do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico na abordagem ao erro e sua relação com a avaliação das aprendizagens.
Para a realização deste estudo procedeu-se à recolha e análise de incidentes críticos ocorrentes durantes as práticas pedagógicas do estágio. Adicionalmente, foram realizadas entrevistas a 2 educadoras de infância e a 2 professoras do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico.
Com base na recolha e análise dos incidentes críticos, os principais resultados revelam que são os adultos quem mais aponta o erro e as correções incidem de modo particular na motricidade fina em Educação Pré-Escolar e na escrita e ortografia no 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Também se conclui que a maioria das docentes entrevistadas possui uma conceção negativa de erro e todas realçam a importância da avaliação das
aprendizagens na identificação das dificuldades dos alunos.
Sobre o estágio, conclui-se que a imersão nas escolas permitiu um melhor conhecimento da realidade educativa na sua diversidade e complexidade e a capacitação de competências docentes que foram reforçadas pela ação reflexiva, para uma prática mais responsável e mais consciente.
ABSTRACT: The purpose of this internship repor is to present the work developed during the pedagogical practice within the curricular units of Pedagogical Internship I and II, part of the Master`s program in Pre-School Education and Teaching of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education. This document emphasizes the reflection on the pedagogical practices developed during the internship and the study of the role of error in the teaching-learning processes. Error is an intrinsic element in the daily life of all human beings and is commonly perceived as a negative experience. However, it is possible to understand error as something beneficial to the students` learning process. Therefore, the study aims to analyze the management of error in the teachinglearning processes, as well as the representations of the early childhood educator and the 1st Cycle of Basic Education teacher in approaching error and its relationship with the assessment of learning. To carry out this study, the collection and analysis of critical incidents occurring during the pedagogical practices of the internship were conducted. Additionally, interviews were conducted with 2 early childhood educators and 2 1st Cycle of Basic Education teachers. Based on the collection and analysis of critical incidents, the main results reveal that it is mostly adults who point out the error, and the corrections particularly focus on fine motor skills in Pre-School Education and writing and spelling in the 1st Cycle of Basic Education. It is also concluded that mosto f the interviewed teachers have a negative conception of error, and they all emphasize the importance of assessing learning in identifying students` difficulties. Regarding the internship, it is concluded that immersion in schools allowed for a better understanding of the educational reality in its diversity and complexity, and the empowerment of teaching skills that were reinforced through reflective action for a more responsible and conscious practice.
