Abstract(s)
O presente relatório pretende descrever o estágio realizado, no âmbito do Mestrado em Ciências Económicas e Empresariais, com especialização em Marketing, da Universidade dos Açores. O estágio foi realizado no Hospital do Divino Espírito Santo de Ponta Delgada, EPER, sendo que o mesmo decorreu no departamento de Gestão de stocks do Serviço de Aprovisionamento, entre o dia 1 de outubro de 2020 e 29 de dezembro de 2021, sob a orientação da Dra. Madalena Correia. A principal atividade da instituição é assegurar cuidados de saúde diferenciados, garantindo o seu acesso em tempo útil, com o maior conforto, qualidade e segurança à população.
Neste relatório, primeiramente, é apresentado um enquadramento teórico, com foco para a faturação, Imposto sobre Valor Acrescentado, aprovisionamento e gestão de stocks. Segue-se a caracterização da entidade onde o estágio ocorreu, assim como a apresentação das atividades desenvolvidas. Por fim, é efetuada uma análise crítica ao Hospital do Divino Espírito Santo de Ponta Delgada, EPER e às atividades desenvolvidas no estágio, sendo esta análise correlacionada com os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo da licenciatura de Gestão e do Mestrado em Ciências Económicas e Empresariais.
Do relatório, conclui-se que a gestão de stocks consiste em material que no presente não é utilizado pelos serviços de uma entidade, mas face às necessidades futuras já foram adquiridas. Quanto às atividades desenvolvidas no estágio, estas consistiram em atividades como receção e entrada de material, criação de notas de encomenda, registo de faturas e saídas de stock, acompanhamento de extratos de fornecedores, faturação eletrónica, aquisição de material para a Medicina COVID, como também para os restantes serviços e, por fim, a realização de ficheiros contabilísticos.
ABSTRACT: The present report intends to describe the internship internship carried out, within the scope of the Master in Economic and Business Sciences, with the specialization in Marketing, at the University of the Azores. The internship was carried out at Hospital do Divino Espírito Santo de Ponta Delgada, EPER, and it took place in the Stock Management Department of the Hospital's Supply Service, from October 1st, 2020, and December 29th, 2021, under the guidance of Dra. Madalena Correia. The main activity of the Hospital is to guarantee differentiated health care, as well as its access in adequate time, with the greatest comfort, quality, and safety. In this report, on a first approach, there is the presentation of a theoretical framework, focusing on invoicing, VAT, supply, and stock management, followed by the characterization of the entity. Finally, a critical analysis is made of the Hospital do Divino Espírito Santo de Ponta Delgada, EPER as well as of the activities developed in the internship; notice that this analysis is correlated with the knowledge acquired during the degree in Management and the Master in Economic and Business Sciences. From this report, it is concluded that stock management consists of the material that is not presently used by the entity's services, however, in the perspective of future needs, it has already been acquired by the entity. As for the activities carried out in the internship, they consisted of activities such as receipt and entry of material, creation of purchase orders, registration of invoices and out of stock, monitoring of supplier statements, electronic invoicing, acquisition of material for COVID Medicine, as well as for the other services and, finally, the creation of accounting files.
