Abstract(s)
A crise económica tem contribuído para uma redução da procura de trabalho, sobretudo jovem, e para o aumento do desemprego em Portugal. Contudo, é possível que as crises também levem a uma destruição criativa ou seja à criação de novas oportunidades. Neste contexto, é assim importante averiguar, como objetivo principal deste trabalho, quais perspetivas dos jovens, neste caso os licenciados, perante o mercado de trabalho e emprego. Os resultados mostram que a perspetiva dos jovens licenciados sobre este assunto é bastante heterogénea, dependendo de fatores como o sexo, a idade, o nível educativo e a área de formação.
ABSTRACT: The economic crisis has contributed to a reduction in demand for labor, especially of the youth, and to rising unemployment in Portugal. However, it is possible that the crisis also leads to a creative destruction that is the creation of new opportunities. In this context, it is thus important to ascertain, and this is the main objective of this work, what are the perspectives of young people, in this case university graduates to the labor and employment market. The results show that the perspective of young graduates on this matter is quite heterogeneous, depending on factors such as gender, age, educational level and the field of graduation.
