O presente relatório é o resultado final do estágio curricular realizado no âmbito do mestrado em Ciências Económicas e Empresariais da Universidade dos Açores, que decorreu de 1 de outubro de 2018 a 30 de junho de 2019, na Terraprojectos Açores – Consultoria Agroalimentar, Lda. A atividade da empresa centra-se na prestação de serviços de consultoria.
Neste relatório, apresentam-se as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do período de estágio, tendo em consideração os conceitos adquiridos ao longo do percurso académico, na licenciatura em Gestão e no mestrado em Ciências Económicas e Empresariais, com especialização em Finanças e Contabilidade.
Numa fase inicial, é efetuada a caracterização da empresa e das suas atividades, seguindo-se um breve estudo dos sistemas de incentivos existentes nos Açores. Posteriormente, descrevem-se as atividades realizadas ao longo do estágio, bem como desenvolve-se uma análise crítica às mesmas. O presente relatório é finalizado com uma interligação entre as atividades desenvolvidas e os conhecimentos adquiridos na licenciatura e no mestrado.
ABSTRACT: This report is the final result of the curricular internship for the Masters degree in Economics and Business Sciences of the University of the Azores, which ran from October 1st 2018 until June 30th 2019 at Terraprojectos Açores – Consultoria Agroalimentar, Lda. The main activity of this institution is the provision of consulting services. This report shows the activities developed during the internship, taking into account the theoretical concepts learned during the undergraduate degree in Management and master degree in Economics and Business Sciences, with specialization in Finance and Accounting. Firstly, I provide a caracterization of the firm and its activities, followed by a brief study of the Incentive Systems existing in the Azores. Subsequently, the activities carried out during the internship are described, as well as a critical analysis of the host institution. Finally, the activities developed are related to the skills acquired at the university.
