| dc.description.abstract | A Educação, na Constituição da Républica Portuguesa no art.º 73, nº.1 “todos têm direito à educação (...) “, nº.2” cabe ao Estado democratizar esta educação(...)”. No art.º. º 76, nº.1 “o regime de acesso ao ensino superior garante a igualdade de oportunidades e a democratização do sistema(...)”. Para estudantes com deficiência, a educação deve ser igualmente acessível e adequada às suas necessidades, assim se instituiu uma educação inclusiva onde se garante equidade e valorização das diferenças humanas. O regulamento para estudantes com NEE, evidencia estas necessidades que estes requerem. O quadro legal e o número de estudantes com Necessidades Educativas Especiais (NEE), não refletem o grau de inclusão vivido e sentido, ou seja, a existência de uma “Escola inclusiva”. Pretende-se aprofundar esta realidade, a partir da experiência de estudantes, com deficiência motora, no ensino superior, no concelho de Ponta Delgada. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: Education, in the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic in article 73, no.1 "everyone has the right to education (...)", no.2 "the State is responsible for democratizing this education (...)". In art. 76, nº.1 "the regime of access to higher education guarantees equal opportunities and the democratization of the system (...)". For students with disabilities, education must be equally accessible and appropriate to their needs, thus instituting inclusive education where equity and appreciation of human differences are guaranteed. The regulation for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), highlights these needs that they require. The legal framework and the number of students with SEN do not reflect the degree of inclusion experienced and felt, i.e. the existence of an "Inclusive School". We intend to deepen this reality, from the experience of students with motor disabilities in higher education in Ponta Delgada. | pt_PT |
