O presente relatório Ć© o resultado do estĆ”gio realizado no Ć¢mbito do Mestrado em CiĆŖncias Económicas e Empresariais com especialização em FinanƧas e Contabilidade da Universidade dos AƧores, que decorreu de 1 de outubro de 2019 a 30 de junho de 2020, na empresa NORMAAĆORES ā Sociedade de Estudos e Apoio ao Desenvolvimento Regional, S.A., no Departamento de Estudos e Consultadoria.
O relatório visa caracterizar a empresa e alguns sistemas de incentivos aplicados na RegiĆ£o Autónoma dos AƧores e na UniĆ£o Europeia, detalhar as atividades desenvolvidas e proceder a uma anĆ”lise crĆtica das mesmas e da empresa.
A empresa engloba atividades, como a prestação de serviços nas Ôreas da consultadoria e formação, estudos e projetos de arquitetura e engenharia, estudos no âmbito do diagnóstico e acompanhamento ambiental, de segurança e higiene, estudos económico-financeiros e de mercado e sondagens de opinião.
Os diversos sistemas de incentivos abordados a nĆvel da RegiĆ£o Autónoma dos AƧores e Europeu foram o PRORURAL +, Europa para os CidadĆ£os, INTERREG EspaƧo AtlĆ¢ntico, INTERREG MAC, Horizonte 2020 e Mercado Social de Emprego, tendo a NORMAAĆORES, S.A. apresentado nos Ćŗltimos anos um elevado volume de candidaturas.
As atividades realizadas consistiram na elaboração de estudos de viabilidade económico-financeira, realização de candidaturas a sistemas de incentivos e execução de pedidos de pagamento, bem como anÔlise e tratamento de dados de estudos de mercado e elaboração de relatórios de formação.
A anĆ”lise crĆtica Ć empresa menciona a sua cultura organizacional e a sua posição no mercado aƧoriano, explicitando as atividades desenvolvidas no estĆ”gio de acordo com os aspetos mais positivos e/ou negativos e estabelecendo uma anĆ”lise comparativa entre as competĆŖncias da formação acadĆ©mica e o desenvolvimento do estĆ”gio.
Por fim, a pandemia do COVID-19 proporcionou a adoção do teletrabalho, o qual teve as suas vantagens e desvantagens, tendo em conta a natureza das atividades desempenhadas no estÔgio.
ABSTRACT: This report is the result of the internship carried out under the Master in Economic and Business Sciences with a specialization in Finance and Accounting from the University of the Azores, which ran from October 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, at the company NORMAAĆORES - Sociedade de Studies and Support for Regional Development, SA, in the Studies and Consultancy Department. The report characterizes the company and some incentive systems reported in the Autonomous Region of the Azores and in the European Union, as activities developed and proceed to a critical analysis of them and the company. The company encompasses activities, such as the provision of services in the areas of consultancy and training, architectural and engineering studies and projects, studies in the field of environmental diagnosis and monitoring, safety and hygiene, economic-financial and market studies and opinion polls. The various incentive systems consistent with the level of the Autonomous Region of the Azores and Europe were PRORURAL +, Europe for Citizens, INTERREG Atlantic Area, INTERREG MAC, Horizonte 2020 and Mercado Social de Emprego, with NORMAAĆORES, SA presenting a high volume of applications in recent years. The activities carried out consisted of preparing economic-financial feasibility studies, making applications for incentive systems and executing payment requests, as well as analyzing and processing data from market studies and preparing training reports. The critical analysis of the company mentions its organizational culture and its position in the Azorean market, explaining how activities developed in the internship according to the most positive and / or negative aspects and establishing a comparative analysis between the academic training skills and the development of the internship. Finally, the pandemic of COVID-19 led to the adoption of telework, which had its advantages and disadvantages, taking into account the nature of the activities performed in the internship.
