O presente estudo analisa a motivação, a satisfação e o comprometimento organizacional dos colaboradores de um grupo farmacêutico sediado na Região Autónoma dos Açores. Os resultados evidenciam que níveis mais elevados de satisfação no trabalho influenciam positivamente a motivação e o comprometimento dos profissionais. Fatores como o reconhecimento, a relação com a chefia e as oportunidades de desenvolvimento revelaram-se determinantes para o bem-estar e o envolvimento dos colaboradores. Conclui-se que a valorização humana e a criação de um ambiente de trabalho positivo são essenciais para potenciar a motivação e reforçar o vínculo organizacional no contexto farmacêutico.
ABSTRACT: This study analyses the motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of employees working in a pharmaceutical group based in the Azores. The results show that higher levels of job satisfaction have a positive influence on employees’ motivation and commitment to the organization. Factors such as recognition, relationships with supervisors, and opportunities for professional development proved to be key determinants of employee well-being and engagement. It is concluded that human appreciation and the creation of a positive work environment are essential to enhance motivation and strengthen organizational commitment within the pharmaceutical context.
