Abstract(s)
Esta dissertação tem como objetivo a análise do impacto que a COVID-19 teve nas organizações e de que forma os gestores adotaram medidas, para responder às necessidades dos trabalhadores.
É abordada a origem do teletrabalho, assim como as variadas definições, dadas por diversos autores, e as modalidades de teletrabalho existentes. Uma vez que a chegada da pandemia COVID-19 fez com que as organizações tomassem medidas para manter os seus trabalhadores em segurança, não deixando de lado as suas atividades, diversas organizações tiveram de recorrer ao teletrabalho, por isso, é muito importante analisar as vantagens e desvantagens desse regime de trabalho, tanto para as organizações, como para os trabalhadores, abordadas por diferentes autores.
A Gestão dos Recursos Humanos também foi objetivo de estudo, uma vez que é fundamental saber a sua origem e definição, assim como as dificuldades sentidas pelos gestores ao longo da pandemia. O estado emocional dos trabalhadores também foi um tema abordado, pois torna-se importante saber como é que os trabalhadores se sentiram com as mudanças feitas pelas organizações.
Após a recolha e análise dos dados obtidos pelo questionário online, concluímos que a existência de vantagens na adesão ao teletrabalho é superior às desvantagens encontradas com base nos dados recolhidos, que o grau de satisfação e o grau de confiança dos trabalhadores para com as suas organizações manteve-se, que a idade e o estado civil não tiveram implicações significativas no cansaço psicológico e que os inquiridos que frequentaram o Ensino Superior conseguiram adaptar-se melhor aos novos métodos de trabalho.
ABSTRACT: The following thesis has the purpose of reviewing and understanding the impact that Covid 19 had in all the organizations, as well as which measures were taken and how they were adapted to the employees needs. This thesis will also address the origin of working from home, as well as its definitions and existing modalities. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many organizations had to take work measures to keep their employees safe but still able to perform their duties, therefore the option of working from home took place and it’s important to understand and analyse its advantages and disadvantages addressed by different authors, whether for the organizations and for the employees. The Human Resources Management was also a study aim, given the fact that it’s fundamental to know and understand its origin and definition, as well as all the difficulties that the managers had throughout the pandemic. It’s important to understand how the employees felt with all the changes done by the organizations, therefore their emotional state was also approached. After collecting and analyzing the data obtained by the online questionnaire, we concluded that the existence of advantages in adhering to telework is greater than the disadvantages found based on the data collected, that the degree of satisfaction and the degree of confidence of workers towards their organizations was maintained, that age and marital status had no significant implications for psychological fatigue and that respondents who attended Higher Education were able to adapt better to the new methods of work.
