Abstract(s)
Nos últimos anos, o setor turístico adquiriu uma importância central no desenvolvimento do arquipélago dos Açores e em especial da ilha Terceira.
A fim de contribuir para a gestão, conhecimento e dinamização dos recursos turísticos da natureza-cultura da ilha Terceira, é feita a sua caracterização e respetiva identificação cartográfica.
Impõe-se uma visão global e integrada dos recursos turísticos da natureza, da cultura e da paisagem insular.
ABSTRACT: In the last few years, the tourism sector has acquired a central importance in the development of the Azores archipelago and in particular of Terceira Island. In order to contribute to management, knowledge and dynamization of the tourist resources of the nature-culture of Terceira Island, their characterization and respective cartographic identification is made. A global and integrated vision of the tourist resources of nature, culture and the island landscape is required.
