| dc.description.abstract | En partant d'un cadre théorique qui prend compte certains indicateurs de "modernité", nous formulons l'hypothèse que le conseil ne répond pas de manière satisfaisante aux aspirations de ses habitants. Un tel fait provoque une altitude démobilisatrice en ce qui concerne la participation aux activités collectives liées au conseil, et réduit le sentiment d'appartenance et d’identité, aussi bien dans les couches les plus démunies que dans la "classe moyenne". Dans l’analyse générale, les données ne semblent pas devoir confirmer cette hypothèse de départ. Néanmoins, si le sens du mot "appartenance" doit être compris comme action et engagement, il en est bien ainsi. Les jeunes (18-25 ans) et les plus "scolarisés", qui se sont révélés plus critiques, moins confiants et moins enthousiastes à l'égard du vécu collectif du conseil méritent une attention toute particulière. | fra |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: Having as a background a theoretical model that takes into account some indicators of modernity, we believe that the idea of Municipality does not correspond properly to the aspirations of the population. Such a concept does not motivate people to participate in the activities of the Municipality. The feelings of belonging and identity diminish both in the low and in the middle class families. At first sight, the data do not seem to confirm the initial hypothesis. However, if by "belonging" and "identity" it is meant "commitment" and "action", the hypothesis confirmed. Accordingly, we are drawn to the conclusion that the young (18-25 years of age) and those with a higher level of education seem more critical and, therefore, less hopeful, or interested in the collective life of the Municipality. | en |
