Procedemos a través de la intersección de los conceptos de metáfora y poiesis, con el objeto de descubrir la génesis del discurso poético y argumentativo. | dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: Plato, in the Fedon, presents Socrates writing poems. How can this be possible within the context of his thoughts? This is the question that lies at of the origin of the present article. We reread Plato, analyzing the Fedon with the assistance of Paul Ricocur’s philosophy. We proceed with the intersecting of the concepts of metaphor and "poiesis" and with the objective of discovering the genesis of both the argumentative and the poetic discourses.
