| dc.description.abstract | Studies of eulittoral interstitial faunas in the Azores during the spring of 1977 yielded 20 species of Copepoda Harpactoida. Of these 10 species and 2 subspecies are described as new. Fam. Ectinosomatidae: Pseudobradya beduina faialensis n. subsp. and Arenosetella longiseta n. sp., Fam. Darcythompsoniidae: Lepto· caris azoricus n. sp., Fam. Thalestridae: Paradactylopodia striata n. sp., Fam. Diosaccidae: Amphiascoides breviarticula· tus n. sp. and Schizopera soyeri n. sp., Fam. Pammesochridae: Diarthrod ella lancif era n. sp., D. convexa n. sp., Kliopsylius atlanticus n. sp. and K. miguelensis n. sp., Fam Laophontidae: Laophontina noodti n. sp. Taurocletodes gallicus KUNZ, 1974 (Fam. Cletodidae) is proved to be, the until now unknown male of Parepactophanes dubia NOODT (1958). A study of the various forms of Ameira tenella SARS (Fam. Ameiridae) makes the author presume they are geographical varieties of the same species. A determination key for the genera Paradactglopodia, DiarthrodeZla and Laophontina is given. | dc.description.abstract | EINLEITUNG: Über die Harpacticoiden des Litorals der Azoren war bisher nur weniges bekannt. Lediglich CHAPMAN (1955) bezw. CHAPMAN & SANTLER (1955) führen fünf im Phylal vorkommende Arten an. Das Material für die vorliegende Untersuchung habe ich zusammen mit meiner Frau im April und Mai 1977 auf den Inseln Faial, Pico und Sbo Miguel gesammelt. Dabei wurde besonderer Wert auf die Erfassung der im sandigen und kiesigen Lückensystem des Strandes lebenden Arten gelegt. Herrn stud. phil. MARC MEYER, der beim Aussortieren der Proben und bei der Ausführung der Zeichnungsentwürfe mit Tusche mitgeholfen hat, möchte ich für seine Mitarbeit danken. Das von uns gesammelte Material enthält noch weitere noch nicht bearbeitete Arten. | deu |
