Abstract(s)
ABSTRACT: The “Models of Juridical Integration”, may be characterized as a small pattern and almost perfect produced by the Law of some States, and that the other States tend to follow and emulate, and sometimes integrate by adjustment, (…) getting out [this way] from the paradigm of the [model of] sovereign State for [the model’s promotion] of the global society.”
