De modo a compreender a dimensão dos tipos de aprendizagem centrei-me, inicialmente, em utilizar as aprendizagens realizadas na minha prática educativa. Já numa fase posterior refleti sobre o impacto que as mesmas tiveram na minha ação educativa bem como na aprendizagem dos alunos, de modo a identificar o seu impacto na minha formação inicial. Para não ter apenas a minha experiência como base da aprendizagem docente numa fase inicial, estendi a investigação para os meus colegas de turma, que eram 25. Com estes, realizei um inquérito por questionário que me iluminou sobre alguns aspetos e confirmou outros. Para perceber o impacto destas aprendizagens ao longo da carreira docente, foquei-me em investigar a perceção dos professores e educadores dos concelhos de Ponta Delgada e Ribeira Grande. Para tal, distribuí, juntamente com um grupo de investigação, questionários a todas as escolas do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e jardins de infância dos concelhos referidos, totalizando 419, dos quais, 278 revelaram-se válidos. Indo mais longe, e dando asas a esta perceção dos docentes inseridos no sistema de ensino, realizei 7 entrevistas a professores e educadores de modo a perceber as condicionantes que existem no sistema de ensino e a sua opinião sobre conceitos inerentes ao tema deste trabalho. Deste processo, apreendi que a aprendizagem docente é um processo que está presente ao longo de toda a carreira docente. Para além disso, destaco o papel das interações humanas no processo de ensino/aprendizagem que se revelam como importantes para o sucesso educativo.ABSTRACT: The current work had the main purpose to expose my practice as a teacher implemented in Pedagogical Internship I and Pedagogical Internship II taking in consideration the theme Formal and Informal Teacher Learning. I wanted to understand the role of this type of learning in initial teacher training and throughout the teaching career. To understand the dimension of types of learning I focused, initially, in implementing strategies and recourses that I had acquired in my teaching experience. On a later stage I reflected about the impact that those had in my teaching as well as in student learning as a way to identify their impact in my initial teacher training. To not only be based in my initial teacher training, I extended the investigation to my class mates who were 25, total. I did an inquiry that shed some light in some aspects and confirmed others. To understand the impact of these learnings throughout the teaching career I focused on investigating teachers' perceptions in Ponta Delgada and Ribeira Grande counties. In collaboration with an investigation group, I distributed questionnaires to all kindergarten schools and primary schools of the referenced counties, who totalized 419, from those, only 278 became reliable for the investigation. Going deeper and giving freedom for teachers to talk about the concepts of this work, I did 7 interviews with teachers and kindergarten teachers to realize the needs that exist in the educational system and their opinion regarding concepts that are related with the theme of this work. Learning is present throughout teachers career.
